As indicated in the AGM and other Easter meetings schedules posted Blair Trewin, it is planned to hold IT and Participation & Development sessions. These will be held at Domain Athletics Centre, Hobart in Room 3. The IT session will start at 4:00pm, and the Participation & Development session start at 5:00pm.

At the December 2017 OA Conference it was apparent that some States had developed API’s for use with Eventor. OA believes that other States would be interested in these API’s and would like to use the Easter meeting sessions to showcase the technology in use by some States. If your State has developed any API’s or other technology (e.g. entry processes, results processes, membership processes) that eases the administrative burden on volunteers do you have anyone attending the Easter 3 day competition that could present their State’s technology?

At the December 2017 OA Conference States were given the opportunity through their attendees to present their ASC Participation related projects. The Participation and Development meeting is being conducted to give States the opportunity of having those members more directly involved with their ASC projects to (a) present in more detail their own past and current projects, and (b) to hear about the projects other states consider as being successful.
