The Australian Bushrangers Team for the 2008 Australian Championships Carnival has been announced. The team will compete with the New Zealand Pinestars for the Key/Aspin Trophy at the Australian Sprint and Long Distance Championships.

Although not considered for the Bushrangers team due to its developmental aim, the Australian championships carnival signals the return to Australian competition for 2006 world sprint orienteering champion Hanny Allston.  Hanny will be looking to maintain her position at the top of the Australian rankings following strong performances from the women’s team at the 2008 World Championships.
