Level 3 Controller accreditation is managed at the national level, while states are responsible for Levels 1 and 2.

To assist states prepare for Controller’s courses OA commissioned a basic set of powerpoint slides and speakers notes which will cover the basics of the curriculum (see the curriculum specification for details). These are available below, divided into 8 units – states should feel free to amend or alter material for their own workshops.
